Jean-Michel MIS holds a Master’s degree in private law and specializes in litigation and has worked as a parliamentary attaché to the European Parliament and the National Assembly, as well as a financial advisor and cash management advisor.
Elected deputy for the second constituency of the Loire in June 2017, he sits on the Commission of Constitutional Law, Legislation and General Administration of the Republic.

He is auditor of the first national session on digital sovereignty and cybersecurity of INHESJ (National Institute of Higher Studies of Security and Justice) and IHEDN (Institute of Advanced Studies of National Defense).
In addition, to work to strengthen the influence of France abroad, he chairs the France-Moldova Friendship Group. He is also a member of the French Section of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Francophonie (A.P.F.) and is Secretary of the French Group of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (U.I.P.).
